Plans start at $53.99/mo for ADT Secure+, then Smart+ $63.99 (most popular), and Complete+ $74.99, with a $99 install on many plans. Ask about the free alarm-system promo ($850 value) on qualifying monitoring*. A new monitoring agreement is required — typically 36 months. Early termination fees apply. Homeowners only.
Does St. Louis charge a yearly alarm permit?
Inside the City of St. Louis, ARFAM registration is $25 for a residential system. Unincorporated St. Louis County bills $25 per false alarm police respond to. St. Charles is a one-time $25 registration, waived at 60+. Other cities confirm from the ZIP — we do not invent a dollar amount.
There is a leftover keypad in my Soulard resale. Now what?
Photograph it before you pull it off the wall. Many Soulard, Lafayette Square, Kirkwood, and Clayton resales still have a panel. We can often turn ADT back on instead of starting over. Builder leftover keypads are usually not ADT — those get replaced.
Does monitoring work when Ameren is out?
Yes. Ask about cellular backup so the panel still reaches ADT if Ameren Missouri or the Wi-Fi is down. The city and most of St. Louis County sit on Ameren Missouri. Cuivre River Electric Cooperative covers some St. Charles lots. Confirm the meter on the quote.
Is this site ADT corporate?

Can you install before we leave for a weekend at the lake?
We confirm the earliest install window on the call. Coverage here is same-day or next-day when the ZIP qualifies. Weekdays empty a lot of St. Louis houses. A Kirkwood drop-off or a commute on I-64 empties the same doors. Promotional offers are for homeowners, not short-term rentals. Say so on the call.
Do you cover Clayton, Kirkwood, and St. Charles?
Yes, when the ZIP is in coverage. One St. Louis number for Clayton, Kirkwood, Chesterfield, Webster Groves, Florissant, St. Charles, St. Peters, and Arnold. Confirm the ZIP on the call. Kansas City, Springfield, Columbia, and Branson are not this line.
